OH...by the way- stay away from DAVENPORT.

Davenport is this area of huge 5 and 6 bedroom homes southwest of town. Ever wonder why there are so many of these homes with lots of tiny bedrooms? Because the whole place was built with RENTALS in mind!

I'm not kidding- the whole area was built to be rented out to seasonal people, and as a result the resale value of the homes out there is TERRIBLE! Now the people who rent there [probably 90% British] are nice folks...but again- you'll get clobbered when you go to resell the place later on. Stick to the tried and true Lake Mary area, or the new luxury subdivisions just north and east of MCO, the international airport.
