It would be nice to have F1 without Max in the picture.. but I'd not hold my breath about Bernie not putting another of his puppets in place.
As for getting the fine reduced.....as its a deduction from money that would have been credited to their account, for transport etc I'm not certain how difficult it will be to get it 'changed'......by unilateral proposal by the FIA....and McLaren will accept the deal.....imagine tho if Renault's points are not changed....
I'd imagine McLaren might have a few words about that......
