Can we do that in CA? I would assume in court and not the traffic ticket window in the court house. If not I wonder if I can still fight that ticket if the judge refuse? They are hard nose judges here in So Cal. They don't have time to look at pictures let alone Video. I once missed a stop sign covered by a tree. She refused to look at the photos.
Deferred? What does it actually mean?
The 25mph signs were 4 blocks apart. I made a right turn in the middle of one of those block. I have no way of knowing. I do not live in the area.
