I can almost understand that position re: the current administration's policies, both domestic and international. Where it has gone awry is personalizing it and attributing all of the decisions to Bush. President Bush has not come up with the policies in a vacuum. He is surrounded by a lot of people with agendas and those are the ones he listens to. He IS the President, and therefore the policies become his. Those recommending the policies are hidden behind the veil of "executive privelege".
