Searched threads for an hour on cruise control not working in my 85 Targa.
Need help please.
I'm a rookie mechanic- nothing with a power source should be given to me to use for repair-and I think my cruise control cable is broken or disconnected.

Questions:
Is this the cable to my cruise control?
If so, mine is disconnected just shy of the end piece. Does the cable
have a permanent "hook" piece to hold it or does it clamp at its end
with a secondary something?
I've become addicted to reading these forums; my social life has screeched to a halt. I put snow tires on my Targa yesterday and today it snowed 4 inches of fresh powder! 1st 911 two months ago and couldn't be happier!
