Oil in the TB is due to a bad seal(2) on the air/oil separator. Located under the intake rearward the oil dip stick. Same unit you fill the oil into. Separator is the same animal as the PCV valve on a domestic. It collects/filters the oil mist created by the crank and returns it to the oil pan. If bad the mist has many places to go, the TB is the main one it coats. This will be the time to replace the TB seals as well because the oil is not good for the rubber used in the TB and bet money the seals are flat and or worn.
