Look for more than one problem, you have oil leaks and coolant levels are down.
Cam tower gasket is a big cause of external oil leaks. Clean everything up and see if you can tell where it is coming from, they can be hard to see. I just replaced mine cause it was leaking onto the exh manifold and smoking.
Coolant missing, I don't know. I've had two Saabs that leaked coolant by the head gasket into the cylinders. Both times I got hydrolock before the idle got rough or there was a lot of smoke. Others are going to have to help with the turbo stuff, my knowledge is limited.
