My grandson....."do you like that house Grandpa? Why don't you buy it and move here?"
My only grandkids live right there buddy; once the youngest one moves out it'll be pretty quiet around here?

I can see making a real estate investment there anyway; with the refinery plans and all. Our kids were selling us on the place the entire time we were there..... too funny. I moved my wifes entire family from Montreal to BC; now I'm gonna get paid back by my son-in-law who grew up there.
