OK, so I have just spent 12 months working on the front end of my car, including some big rust issues -

Then two weeks back I dropped the engine to do what I thought would be some light suspension refresh etc, before next summer - how wrong could I be
So, Here is my first problem - I am assuming there will be more as I move in deeper. I am assuming this is not a structural peace, so i can just fabricate some fresh metal to weld in here (after removing all the rust), but need some one with more experience to confirm this...
