Is that your signed pic, Milt? It's a great photo. Those guys were true heroes. I never really understood until I watched the movie Grand Prix with James Garner. To see the tracks with drop offs and buildings built right up to the circuit, only then could I grasp what heroics were involved even getting into these machines.
I read a biography on Tazio Nuvolari, too, that shed some light on what it must have been like in the 30's. Interesting to think more women raced then, then at any other time in racing history.
