I had firefox on my old computer, but haven't gotten around to installing it on the new one. My problem right now appears to be with IE not recognizing popups on certain screens. As I said earlier, when I got to Mozilla, the icon to download firefox just simply isn't there. Thanks Dave, I'll try your suggestion when I get home.
