You mean they don't drive like Oregonians? The problem here? It seems like half of California has moved to Oregon...so half of Oregon's population doesn't know how to drive in rain...takes 'em a while to learn beyond turning on the wipers.
(edit) The newbies, "Caligonians", are really fun to watch in black ice conditions...
