No doubt, we aren't used to driving in the wet stuff here. With so many autos, there is a giant oil slick on the first rains. Another issue is flooded roads because being near sea level, drainage is slow and otherwise inadequate anyway.

All those polls, where are the worst drivers? Is there a state by state comparision? I know Ca has to log the most miles per capita or otherwise.
