Our neighbor got flooded. Foot of water in his garage, car outside under water above the bottom of the doors. Lost most of the stuff in his garage/office.
Two neighbors, actually.
We escaped cause we're on high ground.
Landlord is playing dumb, claiming he's not responsible for keeping the driveway drains clean. Calling flooded neightbor #1 a "troublemaker"
