The wheels certainly look the same, but the nose profile is totally different and seems too high on the mystery car. I can see certain similarities between the position of the two black grilles on the front of the mystery car and the pop-up headlight panels on the 'vette. Aerkuld may be right. A lot of people have done some very strange things to Corvettes over the years. The fiberglass makes it a good starting point for "creativity". I am guessing that nobody will be able to figure it out because it is a "one-off".
But if we do figure it out, next we have to start trying to identify the car behind it!
