I beg to differ and that they are quite often mutually exclusive. Again, I do not base my business decisions on my personal beliefs. I can't imagine most here do...you don't, do you?
And don't forget, a president can't do that without congress.....
And, even if, lets say, a Christian president were able to solely do things like outlaw stem cell research, then an athiest president could solely outlaw things like, oh, I dunno, federal religious holidays, which, IMO, would not be cool either. It's devastating either way, and this is why the president doesn't have that power.
