No, it's the Landlord. Very difficult arsewipe to work with. I've been asking for some sort of insulation from him for awhile now. Took him 6 months to replace a leaking water heater...recent flooding here at a neighbors is "not his problem" despite not maintaining the driveway drains. 2 building townehouses.
We're not planning on staying here forever, so I'll be darned if I shell out for a new garage door.
