and believe me i do count grams when it comes to humping a back pack all over hells creation.

each and everytime i go backpacking i spill out all the crap in the pack and delete anything i didnt use. pretty much have it down to a science now. despite that my last pack weighed 70#'s even, for havasupai canyon. tent/sleeper bag/water/food/stove/gas/thermarest /etc.
with either pistol i would only carry 5 in gun with hammer on empty cylinder. despite all the safetys, just dont trust falling w/one. also i will carry (2) HKS speed loaders and get all 6 cylinder holes chamfered for quick reloads along with magna porting. and nite sights.............it never ends!
