I'm currently doing a SUSE server config for a collaboration tool I'm building.

I have both Parralles and VM's Fusion.

Prefer the Parralles product but VM has a ton of prebuilt VM applications available for download.

I grabbed the SUSE server VM and it saved me a ton of time.

For Ubuntu I run it in Parralles straight from the iso.
