to remove, if replacing with new, just cut the wire and use a 13mm socket to remove.
I just replaced mine with needle nose as others have done and used an open 14mm wrench to tighten a little more. Getting the threads to bite on install was tricky for me with the bigger wire and tight space because of the tin.
