I agree to a point. However, there's a certain amount of decorum/common courtesy that should be exercised with such things by prefacing them with "NWS" or similar descriptors. I was one of the ones that complained (not to Z-man directly, but publicly to dzl and a couple of others), not because I don't enjoy a nice pic of big soft bouncy boobs occasionally, but because I find it annoying that a "random picture thread" had become so. . . not random. In fact, predictably juvenile. Cliche even.

I USED TO like going on to the R.P.T. for an occasional chuckle at work or whatever, but when it crossed the line with a bunch of imbeciles with junior-high-level intellects trying to "out-porn" each other I couldn't. If anyone got shafted here, it's not the giggly pre-teens acting like they just found their dad's playboy collection and that it gives them a boner, it's the rest of us that can actually be entertained by something other than titties. That's what the R.P.T. was SUPPOSED to be - random. Strange. Unexpected. And yes, that would include (in my definition) an OCCASIONAL bikini-clad hottie.

But that's not what happened. It was post after post after post of the same old stuff. If I want that, there are numerous porn sites only a click away.

I don't see how entertainment for EVERYONE had to be hijacked in order to titillate the most obviously indiscriminate among us. I for one felt a bit ripped off by not being able to enjoy a good momentary bit of entertainment by opening the R.P.T. because there might be some giant picture of a girl's tits on my screen right as a client or one of my female co-workers walks in. If I have a weird or RANDOM (remember that operative word?) picture on the screen, I could say, "hey check this out" and have it be a conversation piece before going back into work discussion with them. It's a bit harder to do when it's some chick's snatch or naked tits. Same goes for at home with peoples' wives/significant others. If you've got weird or random stuff on the screen, it's typically things ANYONE can enjoy or take interest in. If it's gratuitous nudity, there's an automatic assumption that the viewer is a pervert and wacking off under the table while talking to you. Eww.

See the distinction?

Want to get your rocks off and post your titty pics? Fine. Put it in a "NWS" thread or the grid girls thread or something else where most people will know enough not to open it when they're not at home with the blinds drawn and the lights off.

And yes, that gal from page3 is pretty hot too, FWIW.
