It would appear to be an extension of society and societal norms, wouldn't it? All the murder, rape, drug abuse, other assorted violence and ugliness that takes place on TV and media outlets is fine, but a woman naked....Well, we simply cannot tolerate such a horrendous affront. How did it come to be, that, as a society, we tolerate, enjoy, even, murder and violence as pass times (TV and movies, books, video games...) but naked women are all too taboo. We had a thread on this just the other week.
You can't really blame Wayne, though. After all, this BBS is an extension of his business, and as such, there are certain norms he (and by extension, his business, and his BBS) must conform to. As society has deemed naked women unacceptable, he has decided to disallow naked women. If you've got a problem with that, you're problem is bigger than Wayne and Z-Man.
