They've dropped the "Skyline" part of the name for the 2009 model year. When it goes on sale in the US, it will just be the "GTR".
I don't like it.
See if you can follow this:
It is front-engined, rear-transaxle, AWD.
Do you see what is wrong?
It has two driveshafts: one that goes from the engine to the rear transaxle, and one that goes from the rear transaxle to the front differential.
It is also heavy. Close to 4,000 lbs.
