Yes it does but just to be safe I have tried a new 14 gauge wire from the steering column ring to the #85 wire.It makes no difference. Even with the new #85 wire completely disconnected the horn starts to sound as soon as I connect the #87 black/yellow wire and the #30/86 red wires.
I am completely gutted at this point. Gonna give it a rest or it will completely ruin the rest of my weekend.
