c-There should be no continuity between any of the other pins.
Harry,

I'm confused by the above statements. I'm no expert and depend on the expertise of others like you and by doing some readings myself. Are you refering to do the checking in the RELAY and not the socket? If that's the case, my understanding is:

----There is no continuity between #30 & #87 in unenergized relay. Ternimals #30-#87 is NO (normaly open). If there is, the relay is defective.

----There is no continuity between #30 & #85 in the relay side unless it is plugged in the socket where #30 & #86 is jumpered.

----There is continuity between #85 & #86 (relay) because these are the terminals of the coil. If there's none, then the relay is defective.

Please feel free to correct me because I want to learn. Any feedback is highly appreciated and I've been wrong at times too. Thanks.

Tony
