I believe that is a Tipo 250 Testa Rossa -- aka Red Head. Note the red head on the engine. And I would not call that a "kit car" -- it is far too sophisticated than that. I would call it a recreation.

Very nice indeed. I have had the fortune to see an original up close & it is a way cool car.
