A 20 footer with 272k miles? I would not pay $10k for it. Even with documentation on the engine work.
I recently bought a 20 footer with 154k miles with the engine done and documentation for $8500.
Both still need a $4k paint job to look decent.
Of course in Europe, it would be a $15k car.
