Depending on the PPI I would be a shade higher 16ish maybe. Not sure why you think it was tracked. I would want to get an idea of what the syncros are like. The Recaro seat in the same leather as the interior was an option i believe. SOme one can correct me if I am wrong. The wheels appear to be 7's and 8's and the 930 steering wheel is a nice addition. Upgraded head lights too.
That shops sells a lot of 911's and they may be willing to wiat for their price. I would not take out the offer but I would think its worht looking further at if it checks out and you can get it down 10% or so.
