I have brought this subject up before.

Surely a Euro spec car is defined by it's chassis number denoting the market for which it was built, not by the amount of options fitted?

Some cars supplied in Europe and especially ROW vehicles were fitted with air, sunroof etc. That doesnt make them US spec. Differences were in the power output, emissions control, side light repeaters and rear indicator lens colours and probably a load of other parts not visible.

Come on guys, shoot me down on this one!
