I'm old school, the rubber should be black and the tray should be matt back. I really pissed off a painter one time, I had him repaint my turbo tail, he sprayed the whole thing black (my 78 SC is black) and I made him correct the grill (tray) to the proper matt black. He *****ed for years, but I told him what I wanted, showed him & paid him
so I should (& did end up) get what I wanted.
