what kind of car? there are companies who make aux input adapter to send a preamp (rca/headphone) signal into the factory aux inputs on stack radios, it's basically a black box which has rca's inputs on it and will let you plug it right into your headphone output on your tuner, this will work 100% better then the built in fm modulator in the sirius tuner.
depending what kind of car the aux adapters can be had for 15-50 on ebay.
take a look at

i've had sirius since it was first introduced, and never ever listen to fm anymore.
