I concur with "Ya Yas" (the Stones at their very best: live & raunchy
), but Sticky was actually laid down a couple of years later. I know it's a "personal preference" thing, but Exile is "it" for me (and many other hard core Stones fans I've known over the years). I don't do large venue shows much anymore, but took the g/f to see the boyz a couple of years ago to a stadium show at Duke U. My g/f hadn't seen them since '69 in a ballroom in Detroit...we had a great time, and on any given night, they can still "bring it" when they want to!
ps: Although Brian died right before the Hyde Park show, from what I understand, his contributions had been virtually nil for quite some time before that.
