Query the board, I'll bet there's someone local to you who'd be happy to help you out. Offer to supply beer and there's no telling how many people will show up.

JW replaced the sycros and did a re-seal on my 901 (out of the car) for under $1k, that, plus me replacing clutch/pressure plate/TOB and all the bushings throughout the shift linkage made the thing feel brand new. Couldn't be happier.
