Guess it depends on what the D.A. thinks he/she can make stick. Dunno, but it sounds like pretty lousy advice to me.

Like I said, I was told this back in the 80s, a time, when in FL. you could go threw a drive through, order a miniature, a coke & cup of ice with a stir stick.
