Drinking and driving is a terrible thing.
Having said that, when I see these signs I wonder.
How the fuch do you know if a person is drunk or instead texting on the cell phone or just spilled their starbucks?
More importantly I hear reports that our 911 system is horrible over taxed as it is... I hear of people calling in getting put on hold... now the system is capable to handle every call from Jack and Jill who is a wannabe cop?
