Yes - pretty much every factory Porsche driver has run Super Cup and/or German Carrera Cup. Yes, there are some paid drives in Supercup but the guys at the fast end are seriously talented racers. Have a think about the guest drivers - Hakkinen (winner), Ralf Schumacher (3rd place), Eddie Irvine, Ari Vatanen, Colin McRae, Jacques Laffite, Bruno Giacomelli, Jochen Mass, Patrick Tambay, Jan Magnusen, Thierry Boutsen, Allan McNish, Walter Rohrl, Frank Biela, Derek Warwick. Then the motorcycle guys - Kevin Schwantz, Luca Caalora, Loris Capirossi, Giacomo Agostini. Did you know that only 5 guest drivers have managed to win a Supercup race since 1993?
