John, the after market parts dont use the hole in the fender like the c2, they have screws that hold on all along the rocker, I have some idea how to align it under the door and drill for the screws, I think the problem we both are having is how to bolt it inder the car so the bottom of the rocker doesnt go in to far or stick out to far, the ones I have are duplicates of originals except for the holes on the rockers and are one piece, the other person may have this on his but not mine, I really do thank you for your help, Kevin (ill get these %$*%$* rockers on yet)
By the way any one doing a wide body conversion i posted about paint chips on the turbo fenders how to cure, well first I ran with out the rockers, and here is the cure believe it or not, the late 964 bodied turbo cars have mudflaps, yes gentlemen mudflaps, if you look at pictures like the 3.8 you can see a very little mudflap, i have 10-15 paint chips on each rear fender after only 500 miles on the new paint, the car goes in tomorrow to get the rear fenders repainted and yes mudflaps (i guess the factory would call them rock flaps)
