Not true, Mercedes gave, yes, gave us a dozen MBZs that you see in National Treasure 2, brand new 08's, and we effed up most of them. On Alias, in its second to last season, we smashed up pretty badly a brand new Jaguar XJR. We got that for free as well.
Yeah, uh huh....you could probably stroll into the Queen's office in Buckingham Palace, The White House and kidnap the President (all this info is in the previews shown on TV so don't get your panties in a wad!). But it was fun nonetheless.
We actually shot in Buckingham Palace. First movie ever actually shot there. Heavy background checks for everyone, and searches of everything. Whenever we were on the roof we had to wear a day-glow vest with the color of the day so that the snipers wouldn't shoot us.
