I think everyone here has seen my car enough, so I won't post a picture.

My C2T type rockers are aftermarket and DID NOT have any provisions for attachment.
Body shop clips were used. These clips were epoxied onto the back side of the rocker and push onto a hole drilled into the side of the car (ouch!).
You CANNOT do this unless 100% certain that you will finish. To reverse the process would require filling the holes and paiting.

If you take your time the result will be quite profesional in appearance and last for a long time without pulling loose or showing any sort of gap.
Speaking of gaps, there were a couple of small gaps after intallation. These were filled in with a small amount of body glaze and touched up with body paint. Looks very good. I anticipate that these gaps will crack in the future, but be very small and probably unnoticable unless pointed out.

And concerning rock chips - my car is riddled with them, and I HAVE home made black mudflaps in place. Guess I need smaller tires, HA!
