Actually Grace is under 30, Nancy mid-30's, Christina is under 30 and Natalie again mid-30's or so. The last two are black belts and can kick just about any guys assets, and Nat rides a "Paris to Dakar" motocross motorcycle to work most of the time until it snows. Tough gal but melts with flowers or chocolate...
