I would not think a reduction in price for color would be warranted. It's a rare color and a very attractive one at that. I know these things are subjective but whenever I see a Cassis red car people are complimenting the color.
Between '87 and '89 Porsche had several metallic colors like Cassis Red, Nougat brown and Velvet red that look great, again IMHO.
A good price is often a function of condition and presentation assuming your car is prepared appropriately and based on the specifics you listed I think you could push the high end of the range crosby50 gave you.
