Man those would be great.
The original "Big Reds" were the 964 3.6T fronts, which are the same in all respects except rotor o/s as the 993tt and 993RS front. 993tt and 993RS front calipers and rotors are the same. pictures & specs are above but once again;
993RS and 993tt front
front rotor: 322x32, 20.5#, 2 piece(lighter al. hats are available)
front caliper: 4 piston, 36/44mm pistons, 151cm^2 pad area/caliper, 8,3#, largest body

the back is where things vary a lot
964t rear
964t use a 299x28mm rotor, 30/34mm 4 piston, smallest body caliper, 6.5# w/o pads, pad area 86 cm^2/caliper

964RS rear
964RS use a 299x24mm rotor, 30/34mm 4 piston, smallest body caliper, 6.5# w/o pads, pad area 86 cm^2/caliper. 964t and 964RS rear calipers are not the same because of the rotor width 28mm vs 24mm

964n/a rear
964 n/a use a 299x24mm rotor, 28/30mm 4 piston, smallest body caliper, 6.5# w/o pads, pad area 86 cm^2/caliper. This caliper has the narrow 24mm throat and smallest pistons.

993n/a rear
993 n/a use 299x24mm rotor, 30/34mm 4 piston, smallest body caliper, 6.5# w/o pads, pad area 86 cm^2/caliper. Same small body narrow throat as 964 n/a but w/ the bigger pistons.

993tt rear
993tt use 322x28mm rotor, 28/28mm 4 piston, medium(actually barely smaller than Big Red front by 10mm in height), 8#w/o pads, pad area 125 cm^2/caliper.

993RS rear
993RS use 322x28mm rotor, 30/36mm 4 piston, medium(actually barely smaller than Big Red front by 10mm in height), 8#w/o pads, pad area 125 cm^2/caliper.

The 993tt and 993RS rear caliper uses the same pads as a 993n/a front i.e.the same medium large body but w/ axial mount ears rather than the 993n/a radial mount. The only difference between 993tt and 993RS rear is piston size 28/28 vs 30/36. This piston difference arises from the AWD vs RWD configuration of the cars.

Here is a pic of a 964t, small body caliper(left) and a 993tt, medium-large body caliper on a 309x28 930 rotor

here is a pic of the 3 different size pads, from left large 993tt/RS 151cm^2/caliper, medium-large 993n/a front & 993TT/rs rear 125cm^2/caliper, small 964t & 964RS & 993n/a rear 86 cm^2/caliper

clockwise from top right; 993tt, 965t, 911M, 911A

on left 993RS rear, on right 993RS front, the pads are the same length and thickness but the front is ~10mm taller
