There are some procedures on several FMS units that ARE incorrect. This came out several years ago when it turned out that the FMS memory was just not large enough to hold all the approaches and so the makers put one in and tried to cut corners to save memory. Forget the details but remember something like this.

Will be interesting to see what Jeff finds out... and I flew a Lear 60 for 3-4 years with Collins and Universal boxes.
