Bought a box of latex gloves years ago and used them ever since. Keep a stash in the trunk for "emergencies" and use them at home as well when working on the car. Just got tired of washing my hands for 20 minutes to get rid of the grease.

Get them at any drug store for under $10 and its well worth it. Always have something happen right before I need to go somewhere and last thing I need to do is show up with greasy hands!
