I use Outlook at home. The Spam blocker that I use is "Spambayes"

It works pretty darn well. Every once in a while a "new" style of spam will come out. When that happens I'll get several spams, but usually after a day or three it'll learn them and I stop getting them. Very occasionally, I'll get a good email that makes it into my "Spam" folder.
