I hate my cable internet provider - Time Warner Cable. They are my paradigm for lousy customer service. I am too frustrated to type the details. Suffice it to say that I've spent the last 3 hours trying to reset my frigging e-mail password. Nothing about my account works. I didn't forget my password - it just won't work. TW doesn't recognize any of my information such as name, address, and phone number. The number on my cable modem doesn't even match my e-mail address. sad thing is, I've had troubles with them all along.
Please, if anyone knows of a high speed internet alternative, I'm all ears. My main requirement is that I need to have a home network with 4 computers connected, so a wireless high speed card (i.e.Verizon) won't work
