3:21AM - Wide Awake - 6:30AM is gonna suck!
Our Son woke me up about 45 minutes ago. He said he had a bad dream and decide to crawl into bed with us. I think he just wanted to cuddle with momma which is what I wanted to do! Needless to say, both of them are sawing logs and I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed right now.
The bad news is it will only last maybe another hour or so then when 6:30 rolls around I'm gonna be dog tired with that fuzzy head thing going on. In about 5 hours I will be on my 5th cup of coffee. I will have the gitters come noon time so I will eat a big fat lunch to calm my hyperactivity then about 2:00 in the afternnon I will get the nod factor setting in and will be able to fall asleep, at my desk, sitting straight up.
Come 3:00PM I will go get some more coffee to give me that boost for the drive home at 6:00PM. Once home, my darling wife will have made me pasta which she makes only 12 times a week and I will gladly scoff down 3 helpings with a beer or two to settle my now rapidly beating heart that has more caffiene coursing through it than it knows what to do. Nighttime will not be friendly - FBB (fat belly bloat) QRLS (quasi-restless leg syndrome) combined with RMT (racing mind tendency) will keep me awake till 2:00AM when the cycle repeats.
How do I know this? Been there, done that too many times.
