How do I know this? Been there, done that too many times.

Lubby what are you doing to yourself...Buddy your setting yourself up for the big one in a few years...spelled C..O..R..O..N..A..R..Y.....What is it that makes you keep having to run...U do this U do that and keep adding more stuff to the plate...and one day the circuits are going to go overload and thats gona be it for Lubby.

What are U afraid of that U have to keep it at arms length. To always stay in motion to avoid. Thats something U need to figure out, cause your time is running.

Everybody has some kind of stress or another. I had to realize I couldn't control it, and had to roll with the punches. No one is in control of anything, your life is on a banana peal. Once U let go of trying to control situations including how you feel or trying to keep on doing in spite of how you feel then you find that you actually have some self determination. Ironic huh?

IMO..your either afraid of something or are avoiding alot of pain. I don't need to know what it is, but U do need to figure it out, and better living through chemicals may get you through the day, but they don't solve the problem and doesn't change the course of eventually blowing a piston rod through the case one day.

One thing Ben Franklin said over 200 years ago has always stuck with me. He said that 90% of all men kill themselves in one way or another through their own behavior.
