20 lbs over weight, exercise 3-4x week, sensible diet, cholesterol > 300, bp fine with meds. Sucks to get old.

300 Cholesterol level...thats approaching sludge levels...
The highest I've been is 260 and the day before the test it was a Rack of Pork ribs and the mornining of the test it was fried eggs, bacon, sausage hashbrowns and toast...With moderation of Carbs I went from to 215 to 163...and daddy I still eat nice juicy steaks at least a coupla times aweek and pour the butter over the veggies.
