Did you already confirm that you have spark? I like to use a spark plug and attach it to the output of one of the coil wires (wire from coil to distributor). I use a jumper wire (alligator clip on each end) and properly ground the plug. Find a good ground location and crank. Make sure on raw fuel is near.
Do you get spark? If so, this would rule out the igniter.
